We currently offer 3 main materials for biodegradable labels and stickers; each providing a very different look and feel that will perfectly complement your product. These are available as matt, semi-gloss or high gloss finish, vegan friendly natural labels and stickers.
Bagasse – satisfyingly eco friendly
Bagasse labels have the most satisfying eco story attached to them. They are made from the sugarcane fibre waste product created by the manufacture of sugar. They make for surprisingly strong biodegradable labels and stickers. Everybody loves Bagasse!
Bagasse label material will last approximately 2 years.
Natureflex – modern and stylish
Natureflex is available in white or clear and is made from cellulose. Ideal for biodegradable window stickers but has a host of applications from bottles to candles. Natureflex is a high gloss material giving a sleeker look and able to complement a sophisticated brand.
Natureflex labels will last approximately 6 months.
Semigloss – cost effective
When you need to save money on labels without cutting corners, semi-gloss is the one. Probably our most popular biodegradable label choice due to its smooth semi-gloss appearance. It is all in the name!
Semi-gloss labels and stickers will last approximately 2 years.
What else do I need to know about biodegradable label materials?
The term biodegradable is not the same as recyclable. Biodegradable labels and stickers won’t stay forever as they are designed to degenerate over time without leeching nasty chemicals.
